ELDORADO RESORTS SECURES APPROVAL FROM MISSISSIPPI GAMING COMMISSION IN CONNECTION WITH ITS PENDING ACQUISITION OF CAESARS ENTERTAINMENT

RENO, Nev.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Eldorado Resorts, Inc. (NASDAQ: ERI) (“Eldorado” or the “Company”) announced that at a meeting today, the Company received approval from the Mississippi Gaming Commission in connection with its pending acquisition of Caesars Entertainment Corporation (NASDAQ: CZR) (“Caesars”), subject to customary conditions. The transaction is expected to be consummated in the first half of 2020 and remains subject to the receipt of all required regulatory approvals, and other closing conditions.
