Caesars Entertainment and Caesars Entertainment Operating Co. Prepared to Begin Formal Discussions with Certain Bank Debt Creditors

LAS VEGAS, Oct. 17, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Caesars Entertainment Corporation (NASDAQ: CZR) ("Caesars Entertainment") and its subsidiary Caesars Entertainment Operating Company, Inc. ("CEOC") today announced that they have executed non-disclosure agreements with certain beneficial holders ("Bank Lenders ") of debt issued by CEOC, including senior secured term loans, pursuant to the third amended and restated credit agreement, dated as of July 25, 2014, enabling the commencement of formal discussions with the Bank Lenders.

On September 12, 2014, Caesars Entertainment and CEOC announced that they had executed non-disclosure agreements with certain beneficial holders of CEOC's 11.25% senior secured notes due 2017, 8.5% senior secured notes due 2020 and 9% senior secured notes due 2020.
