Ms. Kim Harris Jones was elected to serve on the Board in April 2024. Ms. Harris Jones has served as Senior Vice President and Corporate Controller of Mondelez International from 2012 until she retired in 2015. Prior to that, she served as Senior Vice President and Corporate Controller at Kraft Foods Inc. from 2009 until 2012. Prior to her time at Kraft, Ms. Harris Jones had a 17-year career at Chrysler LLC, where her final role was Senior Vice President, Corporate Controller from 2008 to 2009. Before Chrysler, she spent six years at General Motors. Ms. Harris Jones also serves as a director of TrueBlue, Inc. (NYSE: TBI) since May 2016 where she serves as Chair of the Audit Committee, and as a member of the Corporate Governance and Nominating Committee and as a member of the Innovation and Technology Committee.  Ms. Harris Jones also serves as a director of United Rentals, Inc. (NYSE: URI) since May 2018 where she serves as Chair of the Audit Committee and as a member of the Compensation Committee.  She previously served as a director of Fossil Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: FOSL).

Ms. Harris Jones has been selected to serve as a director because of her extensive management, financial, and business experience at large, complex corporations and her service as a director on various public company boards.
