Caesars Entertainment, Inc. (NASDAQ: CZR) (“Caesars”, “the Company”) will release its financial results for the second quarter after the market closes on Tuesday, July 28, 2026. Considering the Company’s pending merger agreement with Fertitta Entertainment announced on May 28, 2026, Caesars will not host an earnings call this quarter. Upon completion of the proposed merger agreement, Caesars’ common stock will no longer be listed on NASDAQ, and the Company will become a private entity.
