As independent agents for Caesars Entertainment, you may be responsible for communicating with and answering questions from our guests and other customers about our announced merger agreement with Eldorado Resorts and the changes ahead.
This memo and the attached communications tools (talking points and Q&A) are designed to assist you in explaining this process and what our guests can expect going forward. Please note that this document is meant for your use only and should not be distributed to anyone.
PLEASE READ FIRST: GUIDELINES FOR USING THIS DOCUMENT
Please use these materials to speak with new and current customers. Your customers may reach out to you for information on what the merger agreement means for them. Your reaction to the news will affect customer perceptions and ultimately impact the companys success.
Note that until the expected transaction closing in the first half of 2020, Caesars Entertainment and Eldorado Resorts will continue to operate as separate, independent companies and it will be business as usual at Caesars. We encourage you to stay focused on providing a high degree of guest service as you always have.
The goal of your conversations is to provide clear and consistent messages to all customers and convey excitement about what is to come.
A list of FAQs for guests is enclosed for your use. VIPs and Seven Star members should be referred to the relevant property GM or the Caesars Rewards center.

Caesars Guests / Rewards FAQs
I have a reservation booked at a Caesars property. What should I do?
Its business as usual at Caesars properties. If you have a reservation booked at a Caesars property, your reservations and customer service contact remain the same and will not change.
In the future, Caesars customers will benefit from an expanded regional footprint in the U.S., providing guests with greater choice in where to stay and play.
We will keep you updated as the process continues.
I was just about to book a reservation at a Caesars property. What should I do?
If youd like to make a reservation at a Caesars Entertainment property, you can continue to do so as you normally would at Caesars.com.
All reservations booked now will be honored in the future.

I love to visit Caesars properties. Should I be worried that it will change?
No. The company is committed to providing guests with the very best experiences, products and service, and the combination of the two companies will only strengthen their ability to serve you.
What will happen to my Caesars Rewards® Tier Status and Reward Credits?
The Caesars Rewards program will remain intact and will be an important part of the combined company. There is no change to your Caesars Rewards program Tier Status, your Reward Credit balance or your existing reservations now or following the close of the transaction. You will also continue to earn and redeem Reward Credits now and following the close of the transaction.
Caesars is committed to ensuring that Caesars Rewards members will maintain the same high-value rewards theyve come to enjoy in the program with access to an even larger network of properties.
What will happen to Caesars Rewards Visa® cardholders?
There will be no impact to Caesars Rewards Visa cardholders. You can continue to accrue and use Reward Credits as before.
Will prices go up because of the transaction?
No. The company is committed to providing guests with the very best experiences, products and services, and the combination of the two companies will only strengthen their ability to serve you.
Are you planning to close any of my favorite Caesars properties?
Caesars is not announcing any changes to its network at this time.
How will this impact Caesars Rewards® partnerships and discounts?
While the company is always looking for new ways to offer additional experiences through new partners, we dont anticipate any changes to partnerships or discounts as a result of the transaction.
