You may communicate with any of our directors, including the Chairman, by writing to them at c/o Corporate Secretary, Caesars Entertainment Corporation, One Caesars Palace Drive, Las Vegas, NV 89109.

Communications may be distributed to all directors, or to any individual director, as appropriate, depending on the facts and circumstances. In that regard, the Board of Directors has requested that certain items that are unrelated to the duties and responsibilities of the Board should be excluded and will not be responded to from this address. Such items include, but are not limited to:

  • Spam
  • Junk mail and mass mailings
  • Complaints or inquiries about our products or services
  • Job inquiries
  • Sponsorship requests
  • Surveys
  • Business solicitations or advertisements


In addition, material that is unduly hostile, threatening, illegal, or otherwise unsuitable will be excluded; however, any communication that is excluded will be made available to any director upon request.   Inquiries received will be processed by management before being forwarded to any director.

For questions or concerns relating to internal accounting controls, an accounting matter, or an auditing matter, you should follow the instructions below under “Contact Our Audit Committee.”


Our Audit Committee has established policies and procedures for: (i) the receipt, retention, and treatment of complaints received by the Company regarding accounting, internal accounting controls, or auditing matters; and (ii) the confidential, anonymous submission by employees of the Company of concerns regarding questionable accounting or auditing matters (the “Accounting Complaint Policy”). 

Anyone with questions or concerns about internal accounting controls, an accounting matter or an auditing matter, may submit such questions or concerns as follows:

  • For employees: Employees may submit inquiries on a confidential, anonymous basis by calling the Company’s Ethics and Compliance Hotline, the number for which is shown (a) on posters in casino back of house locations, (b) on the Company’s inSite page, and (c) in the Company’s Employee Handbook. Employees may also contact Human Resources or their property’s compliance department to obtain the Ethics and Compliance Hotline number.
  • Others: Anyone may send a letter to the Audit Committee of Caesars Entertainment Corporation, c/o Corporate Secretary, One Caesars Palace Drive, Las Vegas, NV 89109.

    All submissions will be handled in accordance with the Accounting Complaint Policy.
