Our Audit Committee has established policies and procedures for: (i) the receipt, retention, and treatment of complaints received by the Company regarding accounting, internal accounting controls, or auditing matters; and (ii) the confidential, anonymous submission by employees of the Company of concerns regarding questionable accounting or auditing matters (the “Accounting Complaint Policy”).
Anyone with questions or concerns about internal accounting controls, an accounting matter or an auditing matter, may submit such questions or concerns by:
- Employees may submit inquiries on a confidential, anonymous basis by calling the toll-free 24-hour, the number for which is shown (a) on posters in casino back of house locations, (b) on the Company’s inSite page, and (c) in the Company’s Employee Handbook. Employees may also contact Human Resources or their property’s compliance department to obtain the Ethics and Compliance Hotline number.

All submissions will be handled in accordance with the Accounting Complaint Policy.
